1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Visiosurf website, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this site.

2. Registration and account

2.1 Account creation

To use certain services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

Registration requires verification of your email address: a confirmation link is sent to you and your account must be validated before you can benefit from all services.

A captcha is used at registration to prevent automated sign-ups.

2.2 Welcome bonus

Upon registration, 50 welcome points are offered. This bonus is credited only once per account and may be cancelled in case of fraud or creation of multiple accounts.

2.3 Account security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activities carried out under your account. You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.4 Account limitation

The number of accounts per IP address is limited to 2 accounts. Any attempt to circumvent this limitation may result in the suspension or deletion of the accounts.

3. Services to earn points

3.1 Surfing and viewing time

The surf service allows users to visit websites in exchange for points. Users can choose from several viewing durations, each offering a different number of points:

15 seconds: 1 point (basic users) / 1.5 points (premium users)
20 seconds: 2 points (basic users) / 3 points (premium users)
30 seconds: 4 points (basic users) / 6 points (premium users)
40 seconds: 8 points (basic users) / 12 points (premium users)
60 seconds: 10 points (basic users) / 15 points (premium users)

Important: The viewing time system is secure and verified server-side. Any cheating attempt (client-side time modification, use of scripts, etc.) will be detected and penalized.

The following rules must be respected:

Do not use bots or automated scripts
Do not attempt to defraud the time system
Respect the visited sites for the required duration
Do not use a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions
Do not leave the tab or pause during the countdown

3.2 Daily lottery

The daily lottery allows users to earn additional points every day. The lottery rules are as follows:

Participation: One entry per day per user
Basic user winnings: Between 10 and 100 points per day
Premium user winnings: Between 50 and 200 points per day
Draw: Automatic and instant with each entry
Guarantee: 100% chance of winning with each entry

The distribution of winnings is weighted to offer more chances of obtaining small winnings. Winnings are automatically credited to the user's account after entry.

3.3 Visiting advertising sites

Users can visit advertising sites to earn points:

Mandatory visit time: 30 seconds per site
Winnings per visit: 10 points for basic members, 25 points for premium members
Daily limit: only one paid visit per site per day
Secure validation: visit time is verified server-side
Anti-cheat: any cheating attempt will result in the loss of winnings

The conditions for advertisers to display these ads are described in section 4. Promote your content.

3.4 Visiting direct links

Users can click on partner links to earn points:

Reward: 5 points per link
Daily limit: only one paid visit per link per day
Tracking: each click is recorded (date, IP) for statistical and anti-cheat purposes

3.5 Reading articles

Users can read articles to earn points:

Mandatory reading time: 60 seconds per article
Winnings: 45 points for basic members, 100 points for premium members
Daily limit: only one paid reading per article per day
Secure validation: reading time is verified server-side; any cheating attempt results in the loss of winnings

3.6 Watching videos

Users can watch videos to earn points:

Mandatory viewing time: 60 seconds per video
Winnings: 45 points for basic members, 100 points for premium members
Daily limit: only one paid viewing per video per day
Secure validation: viewing time is verified server-side; any cheating attempt results in the loss of winnings
YouTube Shorts: some videos that cannot be embedded are opened on YouTube; the countdown starts on click

3.7 Adding your own sites

Users can add their own sites to be surfed. Sites must comply with the following rules:

Must not contain illegal, offensive or inappropriate content
Must not contain viruses, malware or malicious software
Must not use automatic scripts or redirects
Must not contain intrusive pop-ups

3.8 Reporting inappropriate sites

You can report a site that violates these terms (illegal, offensive, malicious content, etc.). Any report verified and validated by an administrator entitles you to a reward of 25 points. Abusive or repeated baseless reports may be penalized.

4. Promote your content (advertisers)

Several formats allow you to showcase your brand, site or content to members. All published content is subject to the content rules described in section 4.5 and to validation by an administrator before publication.

4.1 Ads to visit

Ad format: title (max 100 characters) + text (50-150 characters) + URL
Mandatory validation: all ads must be validated by an administrator
Slot reservation: limited number of slots, reservation by points depending on duration
Visitor reward: 10 points per visit for basic members, 25 points for premium members (one visit per site per day)
Automatic expiration: ads expire at the end of the reserved period
Renewal: possibility to renew with admin validation
Statistics: real-time access to the number of visits, unique visitors and points distributed

4.2 Sponsored links, articles and videos

You can submit your own direct links, articles or videos so that they are offered to members in the "Earn points" sections. Publication is paid with points, deducted upon submission, depending on the chosen duration:

Basic members: 30 days (5,000 pts), 60 days (9,000 pts), 90 days (15,000 pts)
Premium members: 30 days (3,000 pts), 60 days (5,000 pts), 90 days (10,000 pts)
Basic limit: 1 active or pending submission at a time (extended limit for premium members)
Mandatory validation: each submission is verified by an administrator before publication
Expiration and renewal: content expires at the end of the paid period and can be renewed

4.3 Sponsor slots "They trust us"

You can display your brand logo in the "They trust us" carousel at the bottom of all pages of the site (4 logos displayed in random rotation, 16 slots in total).

Payment in real money by card or PayPal, depending on duration: 7 days (€15.00), 30 days (€49.00), 90 days (€129.00)
Logo: png, jpg, gif, webp or svg formats, 1 MB maximum, with a valid destination link
Mandatory validation: each slot is validated by an administrator before display
Queue: if all slots are occupied, your slot can be reserved in a queue and is published automatically, after validation, as soon as a place becomes available (first come, first served)
Visitor reward: each member who clicks on your logo earns 100 points
Extension: possible during the 7 days before expiration, without new validation
Refusal: if a slot is refused by an administrator, the payment is refunded

4.4 Validation and deadlines

All published content (ad, link, article, video, sponsor slot) is subject to manual validation by an administrator. We reserve the right to refuse any content that does not comply with these terms, without this generating any obligation other than the refund provided for refused sponsor slots.

4.5 Allowed / prohibited content

Allowed: legal, professional, personal sites, blogs, e-commerce
Prohibited: illegal, pornographic, hateful content, scams, malware
Prohibited: sites with excessive pop-ups, automatic redirects, malicious scripts
Prohibited: sites violating copyright or intellectual property

5. Points and Cash

5.1 Earning points

Points are earned by surfing sites. The earning ratio is 75% for free users and 100% for premium users. Points can also be earned via the lottery, direct links, reading articles, watching videos, visiting ads and sites, clicking on sponsor slots and referrals.

5.2 Conversion to cash

Points can be converted to cash at the rate of 0.001. The minimum withdrawal is €50.

5.3 Referrals

Users can earn points and cash through the referral system. When a referral registers, the referrer receives 25 points. Then, the referrer earns 10% of their referral's points (free user) or 20% (premium user). They also receive a cash commission on their referrals' purchases: 10% for a free referrer and 20% for a premium referrer.

6. Premium Account

The Premium account offers additional benefits:

Point earning ratio at 100%
Increased winnings on lotteries, articles, videos, links and ads
Reduced rates for content publishing and higher cash referral commission
More site slots and extended submission limit
Priority access to support

7. Payments

Payments (Premium purchases, sponsor slots) are processed via PayPal, by card or PayPal account. By making a purchase, you accept PayPal's terms. Cash withdrawals are made according to the terms of section 5.2.

8. Prohibited behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Use of bots, scripts or automatons
Fraud or attempted fraud
Creation of multiple accounts
Use of VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions
Publication of illegal or offensive content
Harassing other users
Attempting to hack or compromise the site

9. Sanctions

Any user violating these terms is exposed to the following sanctions:

Warning
Cancellation of points or winnings obtained fraudulently
Temporary account suspension
Permanent account suspension
Deletion of the account and data
Legal proceedings if necessary

10. Data protection

Your personal data is protected in accordance with our privacy policy available here.

11. Modification of terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the update date.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms of use.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
